The Grain Inspection module incorporates maintenance of master files, entry
of inspection information, printing of certificates, electronic IDW filing, and
billing invoices to your customers. The Grain Inspection module integrates information to the
Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger sections of our TeamSoft
Business Accounting module.

Weight Certificates can be processed. Standardized remarks may
be established to ease data entry. Rates may be
established for billing purposes.

The Employee Maintenance program contains general employee
information, tax calculation information, and deduction information.
Time cards can be entered for multiple billing and pay rates, as well
as mileage. You may also add miscellaneous charges for other services you provide.
Official Export Inspection Certificates, Submitted Sample Inspection
Certificates, Commodity Inspection Certificates, Official Stowage Examination Certificates, and
Official Grain Weight Certificates may be printed and submitted to the government.
