Team Software Standard (Utilities) Installation

To install Team Software Standard (Utilities) on your computer:

If you are installing for a SERVER setup where multiple users (more than 3) will share data, the Pervasive.SQL Server Engine needs to be installed first.  Instructions for this installation are NOT included here.  They would be included with the purchased copy of the engine.

If you are installing for a single user (or a peer-to peer network with 3 or less computers) and do not already have the Pervasive Workgroup Engine installed, select this option to install the engine: Install Pervasive Workgroup Engine.  If you do not install Pervasive, you will use our alternate database - Microsoft Access.  This is ONLY an acceptable alternative for a single-user system (but will not be as reliable or as fast as the Pervasive database) because Microsoft Access will NOT provide reliable record-locking for the required purposes of the Team Software system.
