Thomas W. Elroy has been employed at Team Software, Inc. since 1992. Tom has over 27 years of experience in supporting and deploying Microsoft server and desktop operating systems. He has helped migrate systems with over 250 servers from a single location. Tom also installs, supports, and maintains software packages which are in use by a wide variety of industries, including grain inspection agents of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware ESXi, Hypervisor, VCenter, and VServer. Experience in data center migration using Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware. Experience in upgrading and implementing MS Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016. Experience in implementing scripts for creating and maintaining all areas of Active Directory. Also expert in hardware assembly/diagnostics, wiring, routers, hubs, software troubleshooting, virus cleaning, internet setup/diagnostics, and network hardware/software mapping.
